QT Connect is an end -to- end secure communication application that is made in Rwanda with the aim to secure instant messaging in its entirety. QT Connect allows for secure communication with voice call, messaging and group chat features on everyday smartphones and tablets. Starting at the institution level, users are promised a highly secure and user-friendly experience as the application does not allow identification of contacts on a user’s device.
